ATS IT Solutions (ATS) is a brand of Atmasamman Pvt. Ltd. We operate the website atmasammantech.com.

Information we collect

Contact enquiries: name, company, email, phone, selected service and your message.

Careers profiles: name, email, phone, location, application type, area of interest, education, professional details, skills, optional LinkedIn / portfolio links, an optional or required resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX) and any message you add. We also record the date and time of submission and your consent.

How we use it

Contact enquiries are used to respond to you about our services.

Careers information is used solely for recruitment and career-related purposes: to review your profile and to consider you for relevant current and future opportunities at ATS. Submitting a profile does not guarantee an interview, internship or job.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in our application database. Resumes are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible or indexable and can be accessed only by authorized ATS personnel through authenticated, expiring links.

Internal notifications about submissions are sent to ATS staff mailboxes. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep careers profiles so that we can consider candidates for future opportunities. A formal retention period is under review by ATS management. You may request deletion of your profile, resume and related information at any time and we will remove it.
